Workouts are typically 40-60 min long and are a hybrid between the traditional "Banging and Clanging" gym, a HIIT (High-intensity interval training) workout and Crossfit movements. Besides one on one training FFU offers Conditioning Camps for minor sports teams, Boot Camps developed for all ages and our unique and personally proven "SHIFT 21 day Program".
We at FFU know that cookie cutter style gyms do not work for everyone, our gym was created on the foundation that what works for one does not work for all.
FFU was created because we tried many options out there and found that not one was the answer by itself. Routines can get stale then you lose that drive, no workout is exactly the same and there are no options that currently offer what FFU does. Our results are proof that it works.
